Our architects and architectural designers work closely with you to bring your vision to life, providing up to three design revisions. Whether simple or complex, each design is tailored to meet your specific needs and includes stamped plans when required.

We handle all necessary engineering services, including structural, civil, grading & drainage, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), soils, and even more specific requirements like traffic studies as needed. Our engineering ensures every detail meets compliance standards, providing essential support for construction documentation.

Rezio streamlines the permitting process by submitting all necessary documents for city review, addressing any redline feedback, and ensuring fast and smooth final approvals. Permits are filed under either your owner/builder status or your contractor’s ROC number, depending on who will be the responsible party for the actual construction.

Once permits are approved, Rezio hands off the project to your contractor, fully prepared for construction. Rezio continues to offer support with construction administration services and additional expertise as needed, ensuring your project stays on track from start to finish.
